The Manhattan man who used the last name of Diane von Furstenberg to pose as a wealthy scion of the famous designer is now terrorizing the neighbors of his luxury SoHo apartment — allegedly threatening them with a gun, setting off the fire extinguisher on purpose and making a drunken ruckus.

So the landlord of 496 Broadway is now asking a judge to boot Corey ‘Von Furstenberg’ from his $15,000-a-month penthouse — where he owes $180,000 in rent, according to the building owner’s lawsuit.

Video surveillance caught the 38-year-old pulling the fire extinguisher and setting it off, earlier this month, according to court papers.

Von Furstenberg, whose real last name is Mayer, also made a racket in the stairwell, drunkenly taking 12 minutes to pull himself up the stairs while an alarmed neighbor looked on, the footage shows.

Then on May 11, von Furstenberg threatened two neighbors by “saying he has a gun in his apartment,” according to court papers. The residents would not give their names because they “fear for their safety,” says the suit filed the the building’s attorney, Joseph Lee Matalon.

An eviction hearing is scheduled for next month.

Von Furstenberg did not respond to messages for comment.
